Events and Donations

We have a lot going on at Knights of Columbus Council #9978!

  • Christmas shoeboxes for the Seaman’s Center
  • Luke Society project for the homeless (donate blankets, socks and snacks)
  • Holy Family Parish Lenten Fish Fry (cook and serve one of the Lenten fish fry meals)
  • Holy Family Parish Bazaar (work the cake booth)
  • Sponsorship of $350.00 to the Big Brothers Big Sisters Bowl for Kids
  • Award the outstanding JROTC cadet at Ball High School with the Msgr. Chataignon Award ( an individual plaque and a $250.00 scholarship is awarded.)
  • Family Christmas Party
  • Super Bowl Party
  • Monday Night Football (watch the football game and enjoy a delicious meal at a reasonable price every Monday night during football season)
  • Council Cruises
  • Awards Night (various awards presented to council members and a delicious meal served)
  • Council bus trip to Astro games
  • Council Golf Tournament
  • Council Auction

Christmas Shoebox Project

We are accepting donations for the Christmas Shoebox Project that benefits the Galveston Seafarers Center.
